KATSU-DON



KATSUDON is TONKATSU rapped with egg on rice.



INGREDIENTS -serves 1 persons-

TONKATSU

1 or 2

onion

1/4

egg

1 or 2

fish powder

1/2 teaspoon

SAKE or white wine

30cc

MIRIN

15cc

soysauce

15cc


PREPARATIONS

1. Precook

Slice onion.

2. Cook onion with soap

Put SAKE, MIRIN, soy-source into a pan and heat. Put sliced onion and cook for a while.

3. Put TONKATSU

Put TONKATSU.

4. Cover with egg

Make heat low and put beated egg over TONKATSU.

5. Cook egg

Wait until egg is half cooked then put green vegetable like NEGI.

6. Put on rice

Serve rice on big bowl. Put onion, egg, TONKATSU and soup on the rice.

7. Ready!

It's ready to eat.
